HIGH COSTS OF HYDROGEN
Current processes use dirty feedstock to make hydrogen, which is converted to liquid for transportation. Ultimately, it is compressed back to gaseous for use, resulting in higher prices.

PREDICTABLE COST
Davy Gas electrolyzes gaseous hydrogen where they are needed, eliminating the need for storage tanks, tankers and long hauls leading to lower costs. No vented product and is a greener more efficient solution.

HIGH COSTS OF OXYGEN
Current sources of oxygen has impurities and requires expensive purification systems, delivery and storage systems. Limited production sources and limited volumes result in very high costs of UHP oxygen.

ECONOMICAL COSTS OF OXYGEN
UHP oxygen is a co-product of hydrogen production via electrolysis. We value the oxygen and capture it. We value it because you value it!
Production as a co-product yields lower costs to the distributor.

LIMITED FACILITIES
Location of liquid hydrogen plants results in high transportation costs and 30% loss of product. Limited UHP oxygen plants result in high cost and high transportation costs as well as large minimum deliveries into expensive storage tanks.

REGIONAL PRODUCTION
Davy Gas’ onsite production provides immediate access to gaseous hydrogen direct for cylinder or bulk use. No surcharges, delivery charges or disruptions due to weather, plant shutdowns or shortage of tankers or drivers.

COSTLY IMPLEMENTATION FOR HYDROGEN USAGE
Current hydrogen is delivered as a liquid in large tankers (limited in availability) but the end user needs gaseous cylinders.
